Europan proposes PraKtico, a system of flexible panels in based aluminum on 10 standard measures and 4 extensions, in in comparison to the directives of the ISO R-1006, currently adopted by the Italian builders of channels and recommended by the international principal associations of category, first between the whole A.S.R.H.A.E and the
SMACNA.
Europan realizes 3 typologies of panels PraKtico: Standard, Special and Super.
The panels PraKtico Standard IS.OK. they are pre-cut to 45° on the whole length, to the purpose to reduce and to facilitate the job of
assemblage.
Once you define the dimensions of the channel and accordingly those of the panels, without further cuts it will simply need to glue the panels and to form the channel. Europan proposes the Standard panels in the measures (mm): 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1.000, 1.200.
The Panels
PraKtico Super IS.OK. introduces two parallel cuts to 45° that adds to the Standard panels they allow to realize channels up to 2.000 mms of width or channels
standard measures, in specifications conformity demands of project. The Super panels are produced in the measures (mm): 200, 400, 600, 800. Jointly used to the Standard panels it is possible to get 25 different measures for a total of 625 possible combinations of
channels.
The
Panels PraKtico Special IS.OK. it is characterized by a cut to
45° and one to 90° and it has the purpose to facilitate and velocizzare
the realization of curves and derivations of whatever dimension and
raggiatura if combined to an any other panel PraKtico. And' produced in
the only measure of 300 mms. PraKtico.

The advantage of the pre-cut panels they also reflect him on a greater
controllability:
of the qualitative surrender in the realization of the
plant,
of the aesthetical quality of the final job,
of the conformity to the project;
as having to suffer only marginal changes, they leave a smaller border of discretion and error in the phase of realization.
On all the panels Prakticos are present traces it drives, to intervals of 50 mms on both the sides that allow the adaptability of it in the realization of curves and special pieces over whether to increase the mechanical resistance in the construction of the right channels.

The proximity of the distributors united to the reduced dimensions and manageable of the packings of the panels Prakticos, allow only also the transport of it with a proper mean reducing the cost of it.
Being piegable and pre-cut, the panels Prakticos ask for a least effort in the laying in work of the channels. He doesn't speak more than construction of the channel but of simple assemblage of the panels. Not more complicated cuts or cars folders because everything is already ready to be glued and climbed on following the logic of the "you Do from you."
This means above all smaller expenses in equipments and smaller time in the realization of the fittingses and therefore greater competitiveness.
The assemblage results so simple that it is not necessary to be of the professionals or artisans with decennial experience. All can risk him in the construction of channels with the panels Praktico, without for this due possession to frequent courses of formation. The system Praktico asks for solo practical and good
sense.
Besides really thanks to the fact to already be cut, the possibilities of errors
to non precise measures and awkward cuts they are annulled.
Flexible panels and pre-cut Praktico I am composed from two foils of embossed aluminum and lacquered of 80 microns every and from one an insulating foam in poliisocianurato (PIR) expanded rigid with density of 46 kg/m3s, for a general thickness of around 20 mms, ideal for the realization of channels for the distribution of the air in the fittingses of termoventilazione and conditioning.
The panels are available in bands of 3.000 mms of length and different measures of width, from the 150 to the 1.200 mms. With the union more Super panels it is also possible to overcome the 2.000 mms.

The PIR confers an isolation of notable effectiveness to the panel maintaining the unchanged insulating abilities in the time.
With the 95-98% of closed cells and a l of around 0.022 W/(°Cms), the PIR is among the materials to higher power insulator present currently on the market.
Protected from the aluminum and from the special laccatura that it prevents the oxidation of it, the panels PraKticos are completely impermeable resulting fit both for the construction of behaviors in inside that for the canalizations in
external.
The panels extra Prakticos IS.OK are certified and confirmed in Italy in class 0-1 according to the normative one established by the art. 8 of the D.M. 26/06/1984 "Classification of reaction to the fire and homologation of the materials to the goals of the prevention sets on
fire."
The channels built with the panels and the accessories Europan, according to the recommended methodology, they possess an exceptional pneumatic estate both for the longitudinal joints and transversal. Thanks to the quality of the products and the constructive standards pointed out by Europan, the pneumatic estate is constant in the time.
The channels assembled with the panels Praktico result of notable lightness and manageability with a weight of around 1.6 kg/m2s of completed
channel.
Despite their lightness the channels PraKticos built according to the recommended methodology, are able to withstand all the pressures of exercise foreseen for the fittingses of climatization and ventilation, also thanks to the transversal traces of the single panels that act from additional reinforcement.
